People who bought airline tickets online prior to December last year for flights departing the UK after the end of January this year are being asked to pay an extra five pounds to cover an increase in Air Passenger Duty. This is covered in The Times, but what is not mentioned is how passengers of non-UK based airlines like airBaltic, flyLAL and Wizz will be affected.
