For Once – Trans-Architecture at Centre for the Less Good Idea
FRI FEB 18 The Centre for the Less Good Idea in Maboneng presents its latest For Once performance, Trans-Architecture, a new 30-minute work directed by Roland Gunst centres around the practice of dismantling systems of colonialism and oppression. One Night Only with Brew at Leano Restaurant
FRI FEB 18 In celebration of Black History month, experience an extraordinary night of live jazz at Leano Restaurant (formerly The Orbit) in Braamfontein led by some of SA’s finest young songbirds Titi Luzipo, Spha Mdlalose, and Zoë Modiga. That’s Nice! at 99 Juta
SAT FEB 19 Brunch is back in Braamfontein with the fourth edition of the That’s Nice! pop-up at 99 Juta Street. A great way to spend a sunny weekend afternoon, at this edition Reade’s Cheese Pizza, all the way from Gqeberha, is popping up with the finest Neapolitan Style Pizzas. Joburg Heritage Walking Tour
SAT FEB 19 Join the Johannesburg Heritage Foundation for a walking tour of the historic Johannesburg Country Club, exploring the unique history of this club and its various heritage building as well as the blooming gardens.
