The Zagreb Olive Institute and Slobodna Dalmacija will once again hold a festival of olives where a double-blind analysis of all participating olive oil products will be undertaken by the Department of Public Health from Šibenik; while abiding by the world’s highest standards to measure quality. An organoleptic test of all the oil will be undertaken by the OLEA company — also from Šibenik — whose evaluators are trained professional olive oil tasters. www.zagreboliveinstitute.hr

ZagrebDox – International Documentary Film Festival

Split Half Marathon

The 18th edition of this highly popular sports event has already been sold out and has once again proven that the City of Split is truly the sports capital of Croatia. With a record 3500 competitors from 40 countries around the world, the race will also feature two humanitarian events: the END POLIO five-kilometre race and DM Baby Miles race in support to fight against cancer.
