Perhaps not the best place to visit when it’s -11 outside, but the part junkyard, part completed projects of the outdoor exhibition at the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw is a paradise for military “anoraks” or anyone interested in the history of Poland’s army. Although the museum lacks English-language explanations, you can book an English tour in advance.
Our local photographer, Mat Fahrenholz, had a winter wander around the courtyard outside the Museum and put together this small photo essay.
